About The Position

The Coordinator III position is responsible for handling advanced projects, programs or administrative support. This role involves collaborating on the implementation of plans, systems, and processes for programs and departments. Key duties include preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring quality assurance and accuracy. The Coordinator will also serve as a point of contact, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and utilizing judgment and critical thinking to solve problems and make decisions.

Requirements

  • High School degree or equivalent required
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong team player
  • Prior work experience in human resources essential including a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment law
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and complex information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication to interact effectively with employees and leadership
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures.
  • Ability to read, write and interpret information.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.
  • Ability to use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel.
  • Ability to sit/walk/stand for up to 10 hours per day.
  • Ability to intermittently crawl, squat, climb, twist, bend, stoop, push or pull.
  • Must possess visual acuity, i.e., close, distance, and color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to lift/carry items less than 30 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, walk, or stand for the duration of the shift
  • Must possess visual acuity to perform essential job functions
  • Ability to conduct physical tasks with a full range of motion throughout the warehouse environment
  • Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

  • Work in collaboration on implementing plans, systems and processes for programs and departments
  • Preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensure quality assurance and accuracy
  • Serving as a point of contact and communicating with internal and external stakeholder
  • Using judgment and critical thinking to solve problems and make decisions
  • Schedules, prepares, and facilitates the logistics for new employee orientation and onboarding
  • Provides administration and assistance in all HR areas regarding policies, procedures and programs
  • Assist with resolving employees' HR-related questions and issues
  • Advise HR leadership of potential HR-related issues and recommend and implement solutions as appropriate
  • Answer basic functional questions and refer more complex HR matters to appropriate resources
  • Assist with reviewing employee relations concerns and providing information and recommendations to HR leadership
  • Assist the HR team and management with strengthening and enhancing the company's HR programs, policies, and processes
  • Administer aspects of new employee orientations and training
  • Administer hourly recruiting, sourcing, and screening
  • Maintain job files and ensure proper disposition of all applicants
  • Maintain personnel files and ensure compliance with record retention policy
  • Administer the performance management program according to design reviews
  • Prepare and respond to unemployment claims
  • Enhance, conduct, and/or assist with the administration of the company's internal training programs to align with long term HR goals and objectives
  • Prepare HR reports pursuant to government and management requirements
  • Prepare and distribute required federal, state and local HR-related notices.
  • May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned
