Under the general supervision of the Director, the Coordinator is responsible for maintaining contact with Home Delivered Meals (HDML) clients and the delivery teams to ensure meals are delivered and service is coordinated with case management and case coordination staff. This role involves managing client communication, coordinating delivery logistics, maintaining client files, and ensuring data accuracy. The Coordinator also plays a role in program planning and representing the organization in community activities.
