About The Position
The Graduate Student Engagement Coordinator develops and coordinates recruitment events, outreach initiatives, and engagement experiences that introduce prospective students to graduate education at the University of Tennessee. Working collaboratively with academic colleges, campus partners, current graduate students, and Graduate School leadership, this position creates welcoming, high-quality recruitment experiences that strengthen the pipeline from undergraduate education to graduate study. The coordinator also develops and manages the Graduate Student Ambassador Program and supports recruitment communications and event operations through Slate and other enrollment systems.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and coordinating recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
- Experience in creating engaging experiences for prospective students.
- Experience in managing programs, such as an Ambassador Program.
- Experience with enrollment systems, specifically Slate.
- Collaborative work style with academic colleges, campus partners, current graduate students, and leadership.
