About The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Global Marketing, the Coordinator, Global Marketing plays an integral role in executing marketing initiatives across Cabot’s global portfolio of luxury golf and resort destinations. Working closely with internal teams, agency partners and property marketing teams, to deliver Cabot’s mission, “Creating Magical Places”, this role supports integrated campaigns across digital advertising, email marketing, content, public relations, partnerships and property initiatives that drive golf rounds, resort stays and guest engagements. Requirements

  • Ideally, 2+ years work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Public Relations
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Creative problem-solving mindset with exceptional attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • familiarity with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and project management tools is an asset
  • Experience in luxury hospitality, travel, tourism, golf or lifestyle brands is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across Cabot & Cabot Managed Properties hospitality portfolio to drive resort occupancy, golf rounds and guest engagement
  • Support the development and execution of annual and seasonal marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Coordinate project timelines, workback schedules, marketing calendars, and campaign trackers across multiple properties
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate with designers, copywriters, agencies, internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time
  • Assist with database growth initiatives through partnerships, contests, and lead generation campaigns
  • Compile and analyze campaign performance across paid media, email, website and digital channels providing actional insights
  • Support hospitality-focused social media campaigns by coordinating creative assets and campaign messaging
  • Collaborate with PR team to provide marketing assets, messaging and campaign support
  • Support strategic partnerships, promotions and brand collaborations
  • Identify opportunities for marketing optimization through market trends, guest insights, and campaign performance
  • Build a strong working relationship with property teams, agency partners and cross functional departments
