Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• One or more years of experience in customer service, warehouse operations, shipping, fulfillment, or a related field preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness and ability to learn eCommerce platforms and shipping software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, reliability, and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders using eCommerce platforms and shipping software to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Perform quality checks on products before shipment to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Organize, stock, move, and maintain inventory while ensuring warehouse areas remain clean, safe, and organized.
• Assist with inventory management activities, including cycle counts, inventory tracking updates, and stock replenishment.
• Respond to customer inquiries, process returns, submit shipping claims when needed, and support trade show and event shipping requirements.
