About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Campus Ministry, the Coordinator for Operations and Hospitality keeps Campus Ministry running smoothly and welcoming well. Though grounded in operations, this is a mission-oriented role rather than a purely administrative one. The systems this position maintains and the welcome it extends directly shape how students, families, and guests experience Campus Ministry and how at home they feel in it. The ideal candidate cares about student growth and formation and wants their work to improve students’ experience of LMU.
