About The Position
Join Premier Community HealthCare Group as a Coordinator, Family & Community Engagement to strengthen the connection between families, schools, and community resources. In this role, you’ll create meaningful opportunities for parents and students to engage, learn, and thrive. You’ll build community partnerships, coordinate events and educational programs, and help families connect with resources that support student success. Your work will directly support Premier’s mission of improving health and strengthening the communities we serve. We are seeking a Coordinator, Family & Community Engagement who wants to build meaningful relationships with families, schools, and community partners, create welcoming opportunities for parents and students to connect and participate, help families access resources, education, and community support, and make a lasting difference in student success and community health. Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in healthcare education, health education, nutrition, public health, community health, health sciences, human services, or a related field—or commensurate experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with diverse communities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital platforms
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop and carry out outreach plans that engage families in school and community activities
- Coordinate events, educational programs, and parent engagement activities
- Build relationships with community organizations and local partners
- Support marketing, awareness campaigns, presentations, and community events
- Maintain a welcoming Parent Resource Center and connect families with helpful resources
- Identify parent needs through outreach, phone calls, and community engagement
- Support language access, confidentiality, HIPAA, and Premier’s quality initiatives
