The Coordinator - Facility/Corporate Services is responsible for arranging office accommodations, monitoring and ordering supply inventory, coordinating floor safety such as fire drills, and handling building issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-4 years’ experience in a facilities role required (e.g., mail room, inventory monitoring, and/or building maintenance).
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs required.
  • All employees are required to have smart phones that meet Company security standards with the ability to install apps such as Microsoft Authenticator.

Responsibilities

  • Daily packaging of mail to other office locations.
  • Handling building issues such as copier toner replacement and paper jams, arranging maintenance and repairs for building appliances, and controlling office climate (e.g., A/C, filtration, etc.).
  • Responding to employee badge and key requests.
  • Overseeing the front desk.
  • Arranging ergonomic accommodations.
  • Monitoring and ordering office and kitchen supplies.
  • Coordinating fire drills and acting as floor warden.
  • Ability to effectively and accurately convey information to others.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.
