The Coordinator, Facilities role supports the operation and maintenance of the Orrville Corporate campus. As a member of the Orrville-based Corporate Facilities team, this position involves addressing operation and maintenance needs within a dynamic and collaborative team structure. The work arrangement is 100% onsite in Orrville, OH. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of construction trades and disciplines
Valid Ohio Driver’s License
Strong Capabilities with Microsoft tools and applications
Experience coordinating with third party contractors
Strong sense of cooperation and collaboration in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 70 pounds
Ability to spend majority of the day on your feet
Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, communicate clearly and meet deadlines
Sense of urgency in solving customer requests to ensure timely resolution
