About The Position

Embark is seeking a Coordinator for Execution Operations to join their back office support team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the company by assisting with scheduling, resource management, and contract approval. The coordinator will also be involved in improving these processes. This position requires close collaboration with managing directors, business development, practice leaders, and executive leadership to assign resources, foster innovation, and drive client success. The ideal candidate is a resourceful problem-solver who enjoys managing multiple priorities and making a tangible impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience
  • High level of integrity when handling confidential information
  • Strong planning and project management skills with the ability to gracefully manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking creatively and proactively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong self-starter who takes initiative and drives projects forward without needing close direction
  • Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to catch discrepancies and ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Nice To Haves

  • Proven experience in resource management or project coordination, ideally within a start-up, consulting firm, or similarly agile environment
  • Experience in Workday PSA and/or Kantata
