About The Position

The ER Admissions Coordinator is responsible for successfully assisting with the organizational and administrative operations of NPMC ER Admissions staff under the direction of PFSD. Additional responsibilities include: possibility of working in the event of staff shortage perform at the highest level to serve the hospital and NP patients assist with ensuring efficient processes for registration and reception areas assist with supervisory duties including hiring, training, evaluating, disciplinary action, and the day-to-day management of ER Admissions report payroll and productivity emphasis placed on customer service, patient satisfaction, staff development and fiscal goals collaborate and coordinate with Patient Access Supervisor as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 2 years management experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Medical and scheduling knowledge preferred.
