About The Position

We’re looking for an outgoing, people-centered Admissions Coordinator to be the first point of connection for individuals and families seeking care at Principles Recovery Center (PRC) and Adolescent Wellness Academy (AWA). This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally warm, and able to guide conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism. You’ll help create a supportive first impression while keeping the admissions process organized, responsive, and moving forward.

Requirements

• Experience in admissions, healthcare, behavioral health, customer service, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication skills and confidence building rapport over the phone
• Outgoing, approachable, and calm under pressure
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM/EMR experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Be the first voice and first impression for incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
• Engage with prospective clients, families, and referral partners in a warm, professional, and compassionate way
• Gather initial information and help guide next steps in the admissions process
• Coordinate assessments, tours, and intakes with clinical and leadership teams
• Track and update inquiry and admissions data accurately in CRM/EMR systems
• Maintain organized, HIPAA-compliant admissions records
• Support admissions follow-up, outreach efforts, and special initiatives as needed
