About The Position

HCRS is seeking a strong, collaborative leader to oversee employment services in Windsor County. The Coordinator for DS Employment supports innovation in employment services that will lead to high-quality outcomes and supports the DSPs in having the training and resources they need to be successful in their roles. Our ideal candidate will be someone who values person-centered services, collaborates effectively with individuals, community partners, and various team members, and is able to provide meaningful and effective supervision that supports growth and development.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in supported and inclusive employment.
• 5 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with individuals, community partners, and various team members.
• Ability to provide meaningful and effective supervision.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
