About The Position

The Coordinator, Disney+ Hulu Marketing role is an entry-level position within Disney Entertainment, supporting the EVP Disney+ Hulu Marketing and providing administrative-level support across the team. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the marketing department, contributing to the success of Disney+ and Hulu campaigns. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, fostering creativity and innovation in the entertainment industry.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Apple’s Mac operating system.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to manage tasks and projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Passionate about entertainment, including TV and movies.
• Entry-level knowledge of marketing principles and practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the entertainment industry.
• Understanding of digital and social platforms.
• Proficiency in Clearcast and third-party TV player guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campaign fundamentals, including creative briefings, asset approvals, and legal clearances.
• Manage relationships with external agencies and partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Provide comprehensive administrative and office support, including scheduling and managing calendars, handling expense reports, organizing multi-departmental meetings, ordering supplies, coordinating IT support, and managing messenger/courier needs.
• Support the team by preparing PowerPoint presentations, updating trackers, and circulating agendas.
• Represent the team in meetings and provide summaries of updates.
