Requirements

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional customer service skills
Friendly and outgoing personality
Self-motivated team player
Ability to work under tight time constraints and adapt to change quickly and positively
Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally, by telephone and in person, with crew members, dispatchers, and other office staff

Responsibilities

Update pilot and flight attendant schedules for leaves of absence, vacation, company business, and initial/annual proficiency training.
Build schedules for pilots and flight attendants returning from a leave of absence.
Conduct monthly audits of pilot and flight attendant schedules.
Coordinate hotel reservations and book flights for flight attendants attending training.
Receive and respond to calls, chats, and emails from crew members.
Assist the Master Vacation Coordinator with preparing and awarding the Master Vacation Bid for pilots and flight attendants.
Process crew member schedule requests through Sked+.
