A little bit about our team: The Growth & Insights team at Warner Music Global Catalogue serves as a strategic engine that bridges deep audience intelligence with scalable technological innovation. The team operates through two core functions: delivering nuanced cultural, audience, and data-driven insights to inform long-term strategy and creative direction for our legendary roster; and second, harnessing emerging technologies and automated solutions to drive creative impact & optimization at scale. Your role: In an industry going through huge change, this role is critical to help us navigate a clear path of growth for our artists’ audiences using new, emerging technologies. You will sit at the intersection of Creativity & Technical Innovation, supporting the VP, Creative, Technology & Innovation in moving beyond traditional content creation to architect scalable systems that amplify our entire roster. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our creative workflows and our technical infrastructure. You will manage the routing of visual and audio assets, assist in the operation of proprietary media generation tools, and provide creative support.
