About The Position

Complementing its performance activities, Carnegie Hall’s Weill Music Institute creates extensive music education and social impact programs that annually serve more than 800,000 people worldwide, playing a central role in fulfilling Carnegie Hall's commitment to making great music accessible to as many people as possible. We seek a Coordinator, Corporate Relations & Sponsorships to collaborate with the team in all functions of Carnegie Hall’s robust corporate sponsorship and membership program, raising vital funds for Carnegie Hall’s performance presentations, music education and social impact programs, and digital initiatives.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree required
• Attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and pivot in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills
• Spirit of flexibility, enthusiasm, collaboration

Nice To Haves

• 2-3 years of professional experience
• Computer knowledge and experience with database management, specifically Tessitura

Responsibilities

• Written annual solicitations and gift acknowledgments
• Prospect research
• Activity tracking including via database including report generation, and monitoring action items for all department members
• Corporate member employee benefits management and direct communications
• Reviewing and communicating with sponsors regarding print and digital recognition materials
• Department financials including gifts and expenses
• Assistance with/attendance at hospitality events, on-site and off-site activations
• Vital administrative duties related to all department activity
