About The Position

Greater Good Charities is a 501(c)(3) global nonprofit organization that works to help people, pets, and the planet by mobilizing in response to need and amplifying the good. To date, we have provided over $1B in aid, expertise, and funding in 121 countries in support of this mission. Position Overview The Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships supports the department through research, corporate outreach, account management, and new business development activities. This role is crucial for pipeline development and supporting the team's achievement of $200M in kind and $5M cash donation goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 to 4 years of business development, sales, or partnership experience
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, ZoomInfo and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Commitment to the mission of Greater Good Charities

Responsibilities

  • Research & Prospect Development
  • Conduct comprehensive research on potential corporate partners
  • Identify and qualify prospects based on partnership fit and capacity
  • Maintain and update prospect database with accurate information
  • Analyze corporate giving trends and partnership opportunities
  • Corporate Outreach & Lead Generation
  • Execute outreach campaigns to potential corporate partners
  • Build and manage ZoomInfo sequences for corporate outreach and prospect engagement
  • Secure meetings with corporate Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to host Lunch and Learns showcasing Greater Good Charities' impact and partnership opportunities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for senior team members for exploratory meetings with new partners or for partner expansion
  • Assist in development of revenue diversification initiatives
  • Conduct 3 to 5 revenue-driving meetings per week with qualified prospects
  • Follow up with all prospects within 48 hours of initial contact
  • Account Management Support
  • Manage portfolio of 10 to 15 smaller corporate partnership accounts that include assigned accounts and new business development
  • Support stewardship activities and partner communications
  • Coordinate partnership fulfillment and logistics
  • Assist with annual strategic reviews and planning processes
  • New Business Development
  • Support new partnership development across in kind and cash opportunities
  • Assist with proposal development and presentation materials for specific corporate partnership presentations
  • Track partnership pipeline and conversion rates
  • Contribute to team achievement of annual revenue goals
  • Administrative & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate and up to date records in HubSpot
  • Track all interactions, proposals, and partnership communications
  • Generate reports on prospect pipeline and conversion metrics
  • Support team with administrative tasks and coordination
