About The Position
Clearbrook is a non-profit, social services agency specializing in providing innovative tools, services and opportunities to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities such as Autism and Down Syndrome. The Coordinator of Community Employment oversees both community based training program(s) and community employment. The position has a variety of administrative responsibilities and direct supervision of staff. Great opportunity to become a part of a growing community based employment program.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a social service related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience working directly with individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Valid IL driver's license
- At least 2 years supervisory experience
