We are looking for a Coordinator for the Community Brain Injury Program to join our Therapy Services Team. Therapy Services at the BC Centre for Ability includes the Early Intervention Therapy program, the North Shore School Occupational Therapy Program, the Community Brain Injury Program and SET-BC. The Coordinator of the Community Brain Injury Program (CBIP) is responsible for creating individualized service plans for children and youth with Acquired Brain Injuries across the province. They will coordinate and monitor the recommended therapies that support the child/youth as they transition from in-patient care to their home, school and community. They will identify additional resources for the child and family as appropriate and provide counseling, brain injury education, advocacy and support as needed to the family.
