Reporting to the Senior Manager, Communications Operations, the Coordinator, Communications Operations will support the function of a successful communications team by coordinating the department's budget administration supporting departmental budget processes including invoice processing, expense tracking, and maintaining organized financial records. They will assist with procurement and contracting for external vendors and consultants ensuring smooth execution while providing ongoing support for operational processes and project management. They will act as a point of contact for administrative and technical inquiries while collaborating with key departments to improve cross-department systems and processes. In addition, they will provide high-level administrative support to the CCMO by managing calendars, preparing presentations, reports, and identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and recommend enhancements for the Communications Management unit. The positions will be based in the Center’s New York City office in a hybrid model of 3 days in-office, 2 days working from home.
