A day in the life. As our Claims Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for timely and professional claim assistance and support of the claims team and claims leader. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, customer-service-focused professional who acts as a thoughtful advocate for the client while maintaining positive relations with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers. This role requires a critical thinker who can analyze claim situations, identify opportunities to educate clients, and continuously expand their knowledge of property casualty coverages and claims advocacy.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Outstanding customer service orientation with a genuine commitment to client advocacy
  • Prior success and experience operating in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with clients, management and peers
  • Strong interpersonal and customer-service-related skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications (specifically Excel) required

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred
