The Coordinator Child Care is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and administrative functions of the Child Care Subsidy program. Responsible for staff supervision, mentoring and development, quality control, community advocacy and networking to further program goals and objectives. This position is responsible for providing child care related services to Wisconsin Shares participants at the Kenosha County Job Center/Human Services Building. This position is responsible for the supervision of the Child Care Coordination Unit which includes monitoring child care subsidies, paying providers through the state system, overseeing child care fraud, providing quality control in all aspects of the Units' responsibilities and coordinating community advocacy and networking for the development of quality child care.
