Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related experience
- Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP
Nice To Haves
- Experience with managing calendars
- Event management experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate calendars
- Manage communications between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming organizers and leaders
- Manage day-to-day logistics of the collaboration between By Western Hands and University of Wyoming
- Advertise and market events and drive student and community attendance
- Plan and execute regional classes and collaborations
- Assist with internships
Benefits
- Pay: $30 per hour
- Schedule: Up to 20 hours per week
