About The Position

The Business Development Coordinator is responsible for supporting ongoing selling activities, sales planning, pulling relevant research, and helping prepare assets & collateral for client meetings. The Sales Coordinator will work with the sales team sourcing new partnership leads and introductions, preparing client materials, supporting logistics for client events/entertainment, and providing creative partnership integrations and inventory solutions that best meet client expectations and proposal objectives by category. This role involves conducting market research to determine new partner and partnership opportunities, supporting the Global Sales and Partnerships team by tracking pipelines and providing brand/category research, and assisting with the development of presentations and pitches for new prospects. The coordinator will maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and new media marketing efforts, take assets provided by department executives to create sales packages and/or materials, and attend meetings, providing written recaps and follow-ups with key stakeholders. Other tasks, duties, and projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Comfortable with managing multiple projects at once, demonstrating excellent time management skill and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to assist coworkers in tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
  • Demonstrates diplomacy in the most difficult situations and ability to remain positive and composed
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Able to travel on occasion for on-site events or meetings
