  • Familiarity with higher education, nonprofit, or tourism/hospitality marketing.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills tailored to multiple audiences (students, industry partners, legislators, donors).

  • Experience with video production and editing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with the WORTH Institute’s mission and objectives.
  • Design, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase visibility and impact of WORTH programs and initiatives.
  • Manage content strategy and production across web, print, email, and social media platforms.
  • Design and produce visually compelling graphics, videos, and promotional materials using Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Ensure brand consistency across platforms and alignment with University of Wyoming standards.
  • Plan and implement marketing strategies for WORTH-hosted events.
  • Coordinate campaigns to increase attendance and engagement among students, faculty, industry partners, donors, and policymakers.
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., email open rates, website traffic, social media engagement).
  • Generate reports to evaluate campaign success and apply insights to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Communicate outcomes to leadership, funders, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage marketing budgets, contracts, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related inquiries.
  • Assist with photography, videography, and documentation of WORTH programs and services.
