About The Position

The Coordinator, Analytics (Strategy) supports data analysis and reporting for the project, with a focus on ticket sales, premium seating, and service. Reporting to the Manager, Data & Analytics, this role helps track performance, analyze customer and prospect behavior, and provide insights that support revenue, retention, and the customer experience. The Coordinator will work closely with ticket sales, premium seating, service, CRM, and project leadership to maintain reporting, monitor key performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making. The Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, marketing, economics, statistics, sports management, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in business analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify meaningful trends.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred.
  • Familiarity with SQL or comparable querying tools preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform preferred.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster or another ticketing platform is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting, forecasting, segmentation, retention, or performance measurement preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize analytical findings.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Support analytics and reporting for ticket sales, premium seating, and service.
  • Build and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze customer, prospect, sales, and service data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track sales activity, pipeline performance, conversion rates, sales pace, inventory, and other key revenue metrics.
  • Support customer segmentation, lead scoring, and prospect prioritization.
  • Analyze service activity to identify retention, renewal, upgrade, and engagement opportunities.
  • Support forecasting, goal tracking, pipeline analysis, and sales performance measurement.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data visualizations that clearly communicate findings to project stakeholders.
  • Partner with CRM and data teams to gather, validate, and organize data for analysis.
  • Perform routine data-quality checks to help ensure reporting is accurate and reliable.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and surface notable trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support recurring business reviews, ad hoc analyses, and special projects as assigned.
