The Coordinator 2 – Client Medicaid Services is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the effective administration, compliance, and strategic operation of Medicaid and SHARS programs and special education data management systems across client districts. Acting as the primary liaison for superintendents, CFOs, special education directors, principals, managers, and SHARS providers, the Coordinator 2 manages complex administrative functions, maintains accurate records, monitors program compliance, and provides actionable data to optimize operations and maximize Medicaid revenue. This role drives program implementation delivers expert guidance and training on Medicaid regulations, e-SHARS system and special education data management systems use, and executes special projects that enhance departmental efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
