About The Position

Peraton seeks a Coordination Specialist to conduct Travel/Outreach/Strategic Engagement for the contract team supporting PACOM J6 MRTC Assessments. This role is located at Fort Meade (Annapolis Junction), MD. The primary responsibilities include managing the travel team's deployment calendar, ensuring travel authorization requests are completed in accordance with the Task Order, managing travel site access requests, and scheduling data calls. The specialist will also facilitate advance coordination with site SSOs for SCIF access (requiring a minimum of 2–4 weeks lead time), maintain the calendar for site visits, track action items from site visits, and maintain a GPOC/stakeholder contact list.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider HS+12 years.
Prior J6 or communications staff experience at CCMD or Service component level
Strong interpersonal and cross-organizational coordination skills
Familiarity with USINDOPACOM AOR, component command structures, and OCONUS site access procedures
Experience managing complex multi-site coordination across the Indo-Pacific theater
U.S Citizenship required
Active TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI
