Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 6+ coordinators
  • Create performance metrics and incentive programs to drive team success
  • Oversee patient service delivery and caregiver coordination
  • Improve patient satisfaction and retention through enhanced service processes
  • Develop staffing strategies to reduce overtime costs and improve efficiency
  • Partner with HR and recruiting teams to forecast staffing needs and demographic requirements
  • Analyze operational data and implement process improvements
