About The Position

The Photonics products meet the demand of data centers, which improve the speed and energy consumption of information flows. To support the strong growth of the market, production is diversifying and requires the presence of an operational coordinator to carry out the necessary actions for the industrialization of new products based on new materials, as well as the transfer of existing products to other production sites, in order to achieve the revenue objectives of the Photonics and Cloud AI Business Unit.

Requirements

• Strong leadership and facilitation skills.
• Global vision of the manufacturing steps for SOI and LNOI products, order book, and interfaces.
• Ability to handle multiple subjects in parallel.
• Rigorous and organized.
• Ability to consider everyone's constraints.
• Ability to make quick decisions while adapting to a changing environment.
• Mastery of English is essential.
• Graduated from an Engineering school or Business School (Bac +5).
• First industrial experience in planning, innovation, or production functions, allowing you to understand production flows and their risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bill Of Materials (BOM) for product manufacturing.
• Make S&OP trade-offs.
• Manage financial risks associated with materials.
• Participate in consolidating customer demand.
• Ensure that products from the Business Line are delivered on time.
• Represent the BU in all operational planning and allocation processes for existing products and prototypes, from customer request to delivery, in collaboration with the entire organization (Sales, Central Planning, Innovation, Operations, Procurement).
• Act as a coordinator and facilitator both with external interfaces to the Business Line and within the Business Line itself.
• Contribute to the operational and financial performance of the BL, as well as customer satisfaction.
