Requirements

• Possess true leadership and facilitation skills.
• Have a global vision of the manufacturing steps for SOI and LNOI products, the order book, and interfaces.
• Ability to handle multiple subjects in parallel.
• Be rigorous and organized.
• Be able to take into account everyone's constraints.
• Be able to make quick decisions while adapting to a changing environment.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Graduated with a Master's degree (Bac + 5) in Engineering or Business School.
• First industrial experience in planning, innovation, or production functions that allows you to understand production flows and their risks.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Bill Of Materials for product manufacturing.
• Execute S&OP arbitration.
• Manage financial risks associated with materials.
• Participate in the consolidation of customer demand.
• Ensure that Business Line products are delivered on time.
• Represent the BU in all operational planning and allocation processes for existing products and prototypes, from customer request to delivery, in collaboration with the entire organization (Sales, Central Planning, Innovation, Operations, Procurement).
• Act as a coordinator and facilitator both with external interfaces to the Business Line and within the Business Line itself.
• Contribute to the operational and financial performance of the BL, as well as customer demand satisfaction.
