Requirements

• University Education: Administrative Informatics Degree, Computer Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or similar. (Degree or Professional License)
• English: Intermediate
• Experience in Project Coordination, Back Office Applications, SAP CO, Internal Orders, Cost Centers, Product Costing.

• Knowledge of End-to-End Financial Processes (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Analyze, Define, and Propose technical and operational solutions to the business for compliance with internal and external company requirements and/or due to changes or continuous improvement of operations.
• Lead, Administer, and Coordinate projects for the administration and finance areas or other areas for the implementation of new solutions or specific business needs.
• Analyze and Design the requirements for new roles in SAP, or changes to existing ones, to cover the operational needs of the business in the different ERPs, as well as ensure compliance with internal control guidelines.
• Configure and Execute operational support to resolve technical doubts in the different ERPs and guide the user in resolving operational doubts to speed up processes that may be halted due to failures.
• Analyze, Design, and Configure requirements from the functional areas of Administration and Finance to solve new needs and/or continuous improvement of the business in institutional technological tools.
• Manage and Maintain relationships with the Administration and Finance areas to ensure timely attention to requirements and projects.
• Manage and Control the external resources necessary for the achievement of established objectives, achieving customer satisfaction in terms of time, quality, and cost.
