Requirements

  • Completed and verifiable Bachelor's degree (Administrative Informatics, Marketing)
  • Basic English
  • Experience as a Promoter (4 years)
  • Experience as Head of Sales Administration (4 years)
  • Experience as Sales Assistant (4 years)
  • Advanced knowledge of Office & Windows
  • Advanced knowledge of Market Development
  • Advanced knowledge of Sales Service Models (RTM)
  • Advanced knowledge of Route Planning and Organization

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all routes have their complete crew to properly serve all assigned clients.
  • Manage resources to achieve the greatest benefits in sales and execution.
  • Manage customer credit, in conjunction with the Market Developer, to avoid generating uncollectible accounts.
  • Manage unproductive equipment, seeking that all our equipment is in line with customer sales (capacity - sales).
  • Prepare weekly balance checks to ensure that the balance portfolio is current.
  • Administer and supervise processes for handling gifts and bonuses to ensure compliance with internal audit policies.
  • Supervise and ensure the efficiency of services provided by the logistics area (loads, warehouse service time) and sales (product delivery, exchange control, product rotation) with the objective of maintaining an adequate level of service and effectiveness that allows for adequate customer service.
  • Supervise the performance of the staff under their charge to establish commitments and work relationships that allow them to obtain better results in customer service.
  • Visit routes to validate service and customer attention, twice a week.
  • Visit clients with service complaints to provide immediate attention.
  • Supervise and ensure the respect for delivery visit sequences in coordination with Developers to maintain an adequate level of productivity on each of their routes.
  • Supervise and ensure the index of "paseado" product on each route, identifying the causes and correcting them in conjunction with the route personnel.
