Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience in generating statistical information and commercial reports, sales indicators, coverage, and performance.
  • Experience in developing demand forecasts, managing databases, catalogs, and commercial systems.
  • Operational support to the sales force and system training.
  • Advanced English.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency and structuring of commercial information (sell-in, sales, customers, routes, execution), including data cleansing and validation.
  • Analysis of operational information: ability to identify deviations in commercial indicators, track performance, and detect field opportunities.
  • Data analysis and visualization tools: Advanced Excel (mandatory) and desirable experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools for report automation.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, inform, and execute the product demand plan in a timely manner to the product and packaging warehouse for supply from production plants.
  • Generate Sales Forecasts to increase the effectiveness and assertiveness of the forecast.
  • Analyze areas of opportunity that could put product stock-outs at risk due to factors such as price increases, launches, seasonality, special events, and campaigns, among others.
  • Report on the progress of forecast compliance to achieve greater effectiveness of the demand plan.
  • Inform, coordinate, and generate reliable statistical information to identify areas for improvement and for business unit decision-making.
  • Design market share analyses to identify target customers for the correct application of levers and campaigns that help achieve objectives.
  • Prepare coverage reports with details on customers, routes, MDS, and Route Managers/Developers to visualize our participation for each of our brands in the territory.
  • Train personnel in the use of the commercial system to develop skills and gain knowledge that allows for valuable market dialogues.
  • Coordinate and report on the results of commercial indicators to achieve expected results.
  • Prepare comparative and/or progress reports of sales by business unit, routes, route managers or developers, MDS, SKU, brand, packaging, presentation, size, etc., to support information needs and contribute results to the business unit.
  • Design tracking controls for contests with the required information details to have tools that enable the achievement of set objectives.
  • Prepare executive reports and presentations with statistical information on the results of different sales area indicators that add to the value chain and decision-making for expected results.
  • Administer, monitor, and ensure the performance of customer service indicators to guarantee customer and consumer satisfaction.
  • Implement customer and consumer satisfaction surveys to measure the degree of satisfaction.
  • Communicate customer and consumer service indicator results to Route Managers/Developers, Heads, and Sales Managers so they are aware of the results and can apply this information to identified areas for improvement.
  • Establish action plans when indicators are outside of objectives to correct detected deviations in the market.
  • Control, administer, and update information in commercial systems regarding the sales area for process optimization and decision-making.
  • Maintain an updated customer database with accurate data to aid in decision-making.
  • Update product catalogs and prices to eliminate deviations in the sales commercialization process.
  • Verify the correct assignment of different MDS to ensure correct statistical information.
