About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining and coordinating all slotting processes in a cost-efficient manner, ensuring inventory is stored in the correct locations for easy retrieval, accurate picking, and efficient delivery within the Packing department's Active Picking rack locations.

Requirements

• Proficiency with PKMS/WMS systems
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Re-slot products in advance of future orders to improve workflow and reduce picking time.
• Maintain correct product system locations and review daily/weekly inventory against requirements.
• Use warehouse management systems (PKMS) to execute slotting tasks and verify compliance with company standards.
• Assist specialists and material handlers; back up when needed; participate in physical inventory.
• Timely reporting of issues or schedule changes to supervisors.
• Help train associates and may be cross-trained in other operational areas.
