About The Position

Responsible for supporting the commercial sales team with various operational responsibilities to include CABS billing processes, Salesforce administration, Commissions administration, post-sale order management, and USAC billing processes. The position will require working cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service, and external stakeholders. The role combines project coordination, billing system management, and administration of Salesforce and related platforms while driving process improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of customer service, operations, or related experience
  • Experience with billing systems or CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Experience managing projects and cross-functional coordination
  • Experience with CABS billing in iCommV
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, CPQ, and business support systems
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Telecommunications experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Process CABS billing transactions, payment application, rate changes, disputes
  • Ensure billing accuracy and manage large datasets
  • Administrator of commercial sales commission platform
  • Administer of Salesforce platform including reports, workflows, and data management
  • Support CPQ configuration, product setup, and troubleshooting
  • Develop reports and ensure data accuracy for leadership reporting
  • Identify process improvements and implement system enhancements
  • Train users on Salesforce and related tools
  • Manage post-sale order activities to ensure timely and accurate service delivery and billing initiation
  • Work with customers and external organizations to resolve order and billing challenges
  • Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Engineering, Operations, Customer Service)
  • Works with governmental institutions (USAC)
