About The Position

Skillforce is seeking dependable and mechanically inclined Cooling Technicians to support a 24-hour operation for a thermal cooling system project at a data center in Red Oak, TX. This role involves monitoring system performance, identifying and repairing liquid cooling leaks, and ensuring continuous system operation during flush and fill activities. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to follow procedures in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. This is a 1-month project with a potential extension up to 3 months.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools
• Ability to detect and troubleshoot liquid cooling leaks
• Comfortable working in a data center or industrial environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• OSHA 10 required (or willingness to obtain)

Responsibilities

• Provide 24-hour support for flush and fill operations
• Monitor systems and respond to liquid cooling leaks
• Perform minor repairs using hand tools (torque wrench, screwdrivers)
• Follow MOP (Method of Procedure) for leak repair and system maintenance
• Maintain communication with site contacts and team members
