About The Position

The Imperial Room is a brand-new concept from PILF Restaurant Group, opening at The Star in Frisco. It is an intimate craft cocktail lounge that combines expertly crafted drinks, great food, elevated hospitality, and an atmosphere built for a great night out. We are building our team from the ground up and are looking for talented, energetic individuals to help bring The Imperial Room to life. We are seeking individuals with skills in bartending, floor service, kitchen operations, or team leadership.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, positive, and ready to jump in wherever needed.
• Team-first attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, bar, or cocktail lounge.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to learn menus.
• Ability to multitask while keeping service polished and personal.
• 2+ years of craft cocktail bartending experience required.
• Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, premium spirits, ingredients, and proper cocktail techniques.
• Confidence engaging with guests and making recommendations.
• Strong bar organization, cleanliness, and preparation skills.
• Passion for the craft and a desire to continue learning.
• Previous bar management or restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong craft cocktail, spirits, beer, and wine knowledge.
• Experience coaching, training, and developing bartenders and service teams.
• Strong understanding of inventory, liquor costs, labor, scheduling, and bar operations.
• High standards for hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and accountability.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant kitchen experience.
• Previous serving experience, preferably in an upscale restaurant, bar, or cocktail lounge.
• Personality behind the bar is a must.
• A hands-on leadership style and willingness to jump into service when needed.
