About The Position

The Cookie Room Associate plays a vital role in supporting the preparation, baking and packaging of products in a fast-paced production environment. The associate works closely with team members to meet daily production goals while upholding high standards of food safety, product quality, and workplace safety. Attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork are essential to ensure all products meet company expectations and are delivered fresh and on time.

Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

  • Experience operating commercial baking or food production equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare cookie dough and ingredients according to standardized recipes and production schedules.
  • Operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, depositors, grinders, and related machinery.
  • Monitor baking times and product quality to ensure consistency and adherence to standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of the full baking process from mixing through cooling and storage.
  • Package finished products accurately according to labeling and portioning guidelines.
  • Assist with inventory tracking by monitoring ingredient usage and reporting shortages.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including all tools and equipment.
  • Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety guidelines.
  • Adhere to all workplace safety protocols and promote a safe work environment.
  • Wear required protective gear (such as sleeves) when handling products.
