Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and make every interaction memorable.
Prepare, bake, and package warm cookies, brownies, ice cream, and other treats to Insomnia's quality standards.
Accurately prepare in-store, pickup, delivery, and online orders.
Operate the register and process guest transactions.
Maintain bakery cleanliness, ensuring it is stocked, organized, and food-safe throughout every shift.
Assist teammates and contribute wherever needed to keep operations running smoothly.
Resolve guest concerns with empathy and urgency, escalating to the Shift Leader when necessary.
Deliver an exceptional experience that fosters customer loyalty.
