The Casino is seeking a Cook to join their team. This role involves actively participating with staff to cook, prepare, dish-up, and assemble food for all outlets. The Cook will adhere to control procedures for food costs and quality, and must encourage and abide by all health codes and hand washing guidelines. Responsibilities include preparing all food items according to standard recipes and menus to ensure consistency of product for the guest, and preparing mise en place items for preparations to coincide with menus. Employees in this position may be assigned to work in other Food & Beverage positions that require the same type of license.
