Requirements

Previous food service experience preferred.
ServSafe Certification preferred.
Candidates selected for hire must successfully pass a criminal background check and any required state-mandated clearances.
Employment is contingent upon meeting all screening requirements in accordance with federal, state, and accrediting-body regulations.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook, and serve food in alignment with organizational policies and quality standards.
Maintain an organized, clean, and safe kitchen environment at all times.
Comply with food safety standards and guidelines during all phases of food handling.
Complete required documentation, including food and equipment temperature logs.
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and equipment, returning them to proper storage areas as needed.
Assist in the proper receiving, rotating, and storage of food and supplies.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
