Under the supervision of the department food service production manager, the Cook is responsible for the preparation of food covering a single food shift at The Learning Center. This role prepares and cooks food for the assigned area of responsibility, ensuring high standards of quality, food, and presentation. The Cook plans varied menus, estimates weekly needs, and orders food supplies and equipment, while maintaining and following department and sanitary guidelines.
