Requirements

2-3 years of experience in a professional restaurant, hotel, country club, or fine dining kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality.

Nice To Haves

Culinary school education is a plus but not required.
Fine Dining, Hotel, Country Club, or High-Volume Restaurant experience preferred

Responsibilities

Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency during service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist with recipe execution and menu preparation while maintaining high culinary standards.
