Responsibilities
- Cooks and prepares meals when needed.
- Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours.
- Follows standard recipes and special diet orders.
- Attends monthly food meeting & follows up on concerns.
- Operates standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Adheres to all sanitation and food production codes.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances.
