About The Position

Responsible for the execution of daily meal production while maintaining expected quality standards. Production includes food pre-preparation, preparation of the scheduled menu, meal service, portion control, management of leftovers, and sanitation of food preparation and service equipment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • One year of experience in food preparation and modified diets in hospitals
  • Possess a Food Safety Manager certification
  • Availability to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be a dynamic person
  • Evidence of chickenpox and Hepatitis B vaccination
  • Meet the Seasonal Influenza vaccine requirement
  • Meet the Covid 19 vaccine requirement
