About The Position

Join Our Kitchen Team! We are looking for a Cook to measure and assemble ingredients for menu items, collaborate with Management to prepare meals during dining hours, and maintain accurate food inventories. You will properly store food items at appropriate temperatures, rotate stock items as per established procedures, and restock the kitchen for subsequent shifts. Ensuring the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of shift is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

  • At least 1-year experience as a Cook in a family style restaurant industry.
  • Able to read and follow standardized recipes.
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere.

Nice To Haves

  • ServeSafe or Food Handler Certification preferred but not required.
