Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Conduct walk-throughs to ensure food safety and sanitation compliance.
- Manage inventory, cash reconciliation, and cost control measures.
- Train and develop employees to uphold brand standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns.
- Recruit, staff, and schedule team members efficiently.
