About The Position

In The Game is hiring a Cook for their seasonal operations. They are looking for energetic, enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced and friendly environment, and who love to prepare and cook delicious meals. In The Game provides the latest games and attractions with a chef-inspired menu in an exciting atmosphere for guests of all ages.

Requirements

Is at least 18 years of age.
Has at least one year of kitchen experience in a similar capacity.
Is energetic, enthusiastic, and loves to work as part of a team.
Is able to communicate effectively with managers and kitchen personnel.
Is able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
Is able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Understand and comply with standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Process and manage food tickets.
Prepare, cook, and plate food orders, adhering to all company recipe and plate build presentation standards.
Delight our guests by providing quality and timely prepared foods
Follow all sanitation guidelines and adhere to all safety procedures
